LEGAL, SECURITY & TRUST CENTER

Trust is part of
the architecture.

Zeyries works where technology, public service, sensitive information, and accountability meet. This center explains the principles that govern our website, products, partnerships, and client delivery.

OUR TRUST MODEL

Govern. Protect.
Verify. Improve.

Trust cannot be reduced to a logo wall or a policy written after launch. Zeyries’ approach connects governance, product decisions, technical controls, people, evidence, and continuous improvement.

Controls and commitments vary by solution, data type, hosting model, agency requirements, and contract. Zeyries states what applies, documents responsibilities, and does not claim certifications or compliance statuses that have not been independently established.

01

Privacy & data stewardship

Collect deliberately. Use information for a defined purpose. Limit access. Retain it only as long as necessary. Dispose of it responsibly. Engagement-specific data rules are documented in the applicable agreement.

02

Cybersecurity & resilience

Zeyries’ security model is designed around risk, least privilege, secure configuration, vulnerability management, logging, incident readiness, continuity, and shared responsibility across the technology lifecycle.

03

Responsible AI governance

AI solutions are approached through governance, use-case mapping, measurement, and ongoing risk management. Human oversight, evaluation, limitations, traceability, data rights, security, and operational monitoring are defined for the use case.

04

Secure product development

Security, privacy, accessibility, records requirements, testing, and operational readiness are treated as product requirements. Technical controls and assurance obligations are tailored to each environment and contract.

05

Accessibility & inclusive design

Zeyries designs digital experiences with inclusive research, plain language, keyboard access, readable structures, and applicable accessibility requirements in mind. Project-specific conformance targets are established in writing.

06

Supplier & partner responsibility

Teaming partners, subcontractors, and service providers are expected to follow applicable confidentiality, security, privacy, ethics, records, and flow-down requirements. Access is limited to what the work requires.

07

Intellectual property & data rights

Pre-existing materials, client data, project deliverables, software, inventions, licenses, and usage rights are identified contractually. Zeyries does not assume ownership of client information merely because it supports an engagement.

08

Ethics, transparency & accountability

Zeyries operates with accurate representations, visible decisions, documented responsibilities, early risk escalation, conflicts-of-interest awareness, and zero tolerance for fraud, retaliation, or deliberate misrepresentation.

ENGAGEMENT ASSURANCE

What becomes
contractually specific.

Data: classification, permitted use, location, access, retention, deletion, return, and breach obligations.

Security: required frameworks, control ownership, authorization boundaries, testing, evidence, incident response, and recovery.

AI: approved use cases, prohibited uses, model and data boundaries, evaluation criteria, human review, monitoring, and change control.

Delivery: scope, milestones, acceptance, service levels, dependencies, reporting, key personnel, and remedies.

Ownership: background IP, deliverables, licenses, government data rights, third-party components, and open-source obligations.

Compliance: applicable statutes, regulations, agency policies, records obligations, accessibility targets, and contractual flow-downs.

ASSURANCE DISCLOSURES

Precision over unsupported claims.

References to standards or frameworks describe how Zeyries approaches risk and control requirements. They do not, by themselves, represent certification, authorization, audit completion, FedRAMP status, or agency approval. Engagement-specific assurances are documented in the applicable agreement.
