These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of zeyries.com and its public content, forms, knowledge resources, and future account-enabled features. “Zeyries,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Zeyries, LLC. “You” means the person or organization using the site.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Website purpose
The site provides information about Zeyries’ mission, capabilities, products, careers, partnership interests, and support experiences. Public content is general information, not legal, procurement, cybersecurity, investment, accounting, or other professional advice.
3. Product availability
Products, accelerators, demonstrations, features, screenshots, roadmaps, and timelines marked “coming soon,” “preview,” or similar are subject to change and are not offers, warranties, commitments, or promises of future performance. Production availability is governed by separate written terms.
4. No contract, award, employment, or investment relationship
Website visits, inquiries, proposals, capability discussions, demonstrations, job listings, applications, teaming conversations, and investor communications do not create a client, contractor, employment, partnership, fiduciary, agency, joint-venture, or investment relationship. Such a relationship exists only under an authorized written agreement.
5. Client services and order of precedence
Professional services, custom development, pilots, subscriptions, licenses, managed services, and support are governed by the applicable contract, statement of work, task order, subscription agreement, data agreement, or other signed instrument. That agreement controls over these website Terms for the covered engagement. Government contract clauses and mandatory legal requirements control where applicable.
6. Accounts, credentials, and support
Restricted support is intended only for authorized users connected to an active Zeyries agreement or product. Users must provide accurate registration information, protect credentials, use individual accounts, notify Zeyries of suspected compromise, and avoid sharing access. Zeyries may restrict access to protect users, systems, data, or contractual obligations.
7. Acceptable use
You may not attempt unauthorized access; interfere with availability or security; probe or scan without written authorization; introduce malicious code; evade controls; impersonate others; harvest data; abuse forms or support channels; infringe rights; use the site unlawfully; or use Zeyries content, products, or interfaces to create deceptive, harmful, or competing materials in violation of applicable rights or agreements.
8. Artificial intelligence and automated capabilities
AI-enabled features may generate probabilistic, incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate outputs. Appropriate human review is required. Users remain responsible for decisions and must follow applicable law, agency policy, records rules, security controls, data restrictions, and contractual requirements. Unless expressly agreed in writing, AI features may not be used as the sole basis for high-impact decisions affecting rights, eligibility, safety, employment, credit, housing, health, law enforcement, or access to public benefits.
9. User submissions and feedback
You represent that you have authority to submit information and that it does not violate law, confidentiality, procurement integrity, security restrictions, or third-party rights. Do not submit classified information, controlled unclassified information, export-controlled data, protected health information, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, credentials, or other highly sensitive information through public forms. Feedback may be used to improve Zeyries’ business and offerings without transferring ownership of your confidential information.
10. Intellectual property
The site, brand, text, designs, graphics, product names, product designs, software, methods, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Zeyries and protected by applicable law. Except as expressly permitted, no right or license is granted. Client data, government data, deliverables, background intellectual property, third-party components, and open-source materials are governed by the applicable agreement and licenses.
11. Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third-party platforms. Zeyries does not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Third-party terms may apply. A link does not imply endorsement, partnership, certification, or government approval.
12. Privacy, cookies, and security
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable agreements. Cookie choices may be managed through Cookie Preferences. Zeyries uses risk-based safeguards, but no system is guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using appropriate devices, networks, and account protections.
13. Confidentiality and public-sector information
Public forms and general website interactions do not establish a confidential relationship. Confidentiality, procurement-sensitive information, protected data, records handling, and disclosure obligations must be addressed in writing before restricted information is exchanged.
14. Careers
Job listings may include current or anticipated opportunities and may be changed, paused, or withdrawn. Submission does not guarantee review, interview, placement, clearance sponsorship, assignment, or employment. Employment terms exist only in a written offer signed by an authorized representative.
15. Investor information
Investor-facing content is for relationship development and general company information. It is not an offer to sell or solicitation to buy securities, investment advice, or a promise of returns. Any financing opportunity would be offered only through appropriate confidential materials and applicable legal processes.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Zeyries disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation. Contractual warranties for paid work appear only in the applicable written agreement.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeyries will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from public website use. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount, if any, paid specifically for use of the public site during the preceding twelve months. This section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zeyries and its personnel from claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights. This provision does not apply where prohibited or superseded by a written government agreement.
19. Suspension and termination
Zeyries may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, comply with law, enforce an agreement, or discontinue a feature. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
20. Governing law and disputes
Unless another signed agreement controls, these Terms are governed by District of Columbia law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning the public site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the District of Columbia, subject to applicable law and sovereign or governmental rights that cannot be waived here.
21. Changes, severability, and entire terms
Zeyries may update these Terms by posting a revised date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the complete public-website agreement, but do not replace a separately signed agreement.
