This policy explains how Zeyries collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information through zeyries.com, contact and career forms, client communications, support interactions, products, and contracted services.
2. Information we collect
We may collect contact and organization details; inquiry, proposal, and contract information; account and support records; product usage and technical data; job application materials; and information you voluntarily provide. We do not sell personal information.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, evaluate opportunities and applicants, provision and secure accounts, deliver and improve products and services, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and enforce agreements. When a visitor expressly allows analytics, Zeyries records limited first-party usage information such as the page visited, referral domain, device category, screen size, and a random browser identifier. Zeyries does not store IP addresses in this analytics system, and private staff routes are excluded.
4. AI and automated tools
When AI supports a Zeyries service, product, or internal workflow, its permitted use, data boundaries, review controls, and retention requirements are governed by the applicable engagement and Zeyries policies. We do not use confidential client data to train public AI models unless expressly authorized in writing.
5. Sharing
Information may be shared with authorized personnel, vetted service providers, teaming partners when necessary for an opportunity or engagement, and government or legal authorities when required. Contractual and security controls apply where appropriate.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, contractual requirements, dispute resolution, or law. Safeguards are risk-based, but no internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Applicants
Applicant information may be retained for up to 24 months for current and future role consideration unless law requires longer retention or deletion is requested sooner. Legal holds and required records may be preserved.
8. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion, opt out of nonessential communications, and adjust cookie preferences. Certain requests may be limited by contractual, security, or legal obligations.
